Tarkeeb (Preparation):
1- Chawal saaf karny ky baad dho kar 15 sey 20 minutes ky liye bhigo kar rakh den
2- Pani(water) mein namak(salt) daal kar aik ubaal(boil) aany per chawal(rice0 daal den
3- rakh kar pakny ky liye rakh den
4- Chal gal jayen ti chalney mein daal kar rakh den
5- Thanda pani daalen or dubara chalney mein daal kar rakh den
