6- Paani 12 Glass
7- Souf 1 chutki
8- Pink Color thora sa
9- Badiaan ky phool 4 sey 5 adad
Kashmiri Chai Banany Ki Tarkeeb (Directions):
-2 glass paani garm hony ky liye rakh den or is mein kashmeeri chai daal den
-Phir 3 adad sabz alaichi bhi daal den,
-Jab ubaal aany lagy tu isy phaint den
-Is tarha 2 glass thanda yakh paani daal den or isi tarha kar k 12 galss paani daalain
-Jab aakhri 2 glass dalen tu 1 chutki souf or badiaan ky phool daal den or dhak kar rakh den or pakney den
-Ab 2 kilo doodh ko kisi khulay bartan mein daal k chulhy per rakhen
-Alaichi daal kar itna pakayen k aadha kilo reh jaye
-Phir hasb-e-zaiqa cheeni , namak, badiaan ky phool daal den
-Phir Qehwa ko chaan kar doodh mein shaamil kar den or isko achi tarha pakayen
-Agr 1 cup doodh ho tu aadha cup Qehwa hona chahie...
