Ingredients:



Soy sauce 2 tbsp Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder ) 1 & ½ tsp Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste Paprika powder (mirch) ½ tbsp Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp Adrak lehsan ka paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbsp
Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
Oil 1 -2 tbsp
Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium Tamatar (Tomato) cubes 2 medium Water (Pani) boiled as required Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
Lehsan (Garlic) kuta howa (crushed) 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbsp Hot sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbsp Sirka white (Vinegar) 1 tbsp Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste Kali mirch (Black pepper) kuti hoi(crushed) 1 tsp Lal mirch (Red chili) kuti hoi (crushed) ½ tbsp Chicken stock ( yakhni) 1 Cup or as required Corn flour 1 tbs


Directions:



Bowl me soy sauce,sirka,kali mirch powder,namak,paprika powder,cheeni aur adrak lehsan paste dal kar achey sey mix kar lein. Chicken boneless cubes add karain or achey sey mix karein or 30 minutes k liye marination k liye rakh chor den.
kisi bartan(Pot) me oil or marinated chicken dal kar achey sey mix kar lein. or dhak(cover) dein or 3-4 minutes k liye pakney den phir tez anch(high flame) per khushak(dry) ho janay tak pakne den
Tamatar, shimla mirch or pyaz(onion) dal kar 1-2 minutes k liye achey sey mix karein or bowl me nikal lain knife ki madad sey tamatar(tomato) me halky sey cuts laga den Ubaltay hoye pani water me tamatar add karain or 2 minutes k liye ubalne den or bowl me nikal lain. tamatar(tomato) ka chilka utaar kar thanda kar lain. thanda hony k bad tamatar ko grinder ki madad sey grind kar lain
marinated chicken me oil or lehsan dal ker achey sey mix kar lain tamatar ka paste jo hum ne grind kar k bnaya,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,sirka,cheeni,safed mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder or lal mirch kuto hoi(crushed) dal kar achey sey mix kar lain. Dhak kar halki aanch(flame) per 2-3 minutes k liye pakney dain Chicken stock(yakhni) me corn flour dal kar achey sey mix kar lain. ab isy bhi marinated chicken me add kar dain or musalsal chamach hilaty rahen or desired consistency(gara pan) anay tak pakney dein. vegetables or cooked chicken dal kar achey sey mix karein or 1-2 minutes k liye baap me pakney den
chicken shashlik ya gravy wala chicken ready hai...
